Whenever an ENA-like school is established in any country, a quiet coup d'état led by professionally brainwashed bureaucrats follows in a matter of years being as inevitable as tide. There's no way to save the ill-fated country. The graduates who are brainwashed most are invited to take the most important positions in the state administration:
ENA ranks students according to their academic merit; students are then asked, in order of decreasing merit, the service that they want to join. While the top-ranked join prestigious corps such as the Inspection générale des finances, Conseil d'État or Cour des comptes, other will join e.g. the diplomatic service, ministries, and administrative justice or préfectures.
